I don't know why it takes so long.

I need some motivation. I mean, the attractive man in my English class only goes so far. This paper is not writing itself. My roommate's boyfriend is knocking on the door and she doesn't hear it. I'm not letting him in, sorry. It's not me he wants to make out with all night. These are the ramblings of a procrastinating college student. I feel very uninspired. Maybe that's not even it. Well, it's partially it. I'm not a cynical person, but I'm in rather a cynical mood. Sorry, baby. No motivation... I just want to eat a lot and watch movies. Truth. That mood when everything and everyone annoys you, that's me at the moment. Don't pretend that's never happened to you. Oh well. I'll listen to The Weepies and try to get my life in order. Gotta check myself before I wreck myself. Right?

Back to Life

I am the worst blogger. I just sort of gave up on this before I even tried it, but I'm back again. For my three followers. YES. More meaningful posts to come. Maybe.

anxiety, maybe.

I'm nervous. My stomach is queasy with excitement and jitters. I really need to calm down or I won't be able to finish my chicken nugget TV dinner complete with french fries in the shape of smiley faces. And that would be a shame. So many things send me into this weird, frenzied state as of late. Today, it's because I'm starting a new job. A first job, in fact. I have to be there in forty minutes. Thus, panic mode. I really need to eat these nuggets...and get off of the computer. I think I'll do that now.

lungs.

This is my first blog post. Ever. I'm a novice in the blogging world. Hurray! I'm also supposed to be writing a couple papers at the moment, but I'd rather be writing to strangers in cyberspace. I've been thinking about how good it feels to just breathe. In, out. Focusing on the steady rhythm of my beating heart as my lungs draw air into my body is comforting. Reassuring, even. When I know I'm breathing, I'm much more wont to keep it up.
